If it’s from your insides being pushed around and your ribs opening up (muscular/skeletal) I would definitely try cold compresses, regular massage on the area, stretching ( like lifting one arm and stretching it over your head and holding it and then doing it with the other), ask your doctor if Tylenol or ibuprofen is safe for your pregnancy, and regular exercise (doesn’t have to be intense it can be simple like a 20 minute walk) should help relieve some pain if not all. If it doesn’t go away, talk to your doctor and ask them to rule out gallbladder and liver problems as this can show up as rib pain. Wishing you luck!!
Ugh I remember that from pregnancy 1. I think the cat/cow yoga on all 4s helped if I remember right. Brings baby away from the core/ribs for a bit anyway.
