I’m terrified of needles and thought I would never get an epidural, but as soon as I hit 3cm I was begging for that epidural! Lol

Honestly nothing works like an epidural, if Braxton Hicks are that bad for you definitely get an epidural. Real contractions and then pushing through them makes you feel like you're dieing, not to mention the ring of fire. You can have any other med the offer but most of them make you feel loopy and out of it where you can barely remember anything or make clear headed decisions. If you're just afraid of the needle going into your back with an epidural, trust me, it doesn't even hurt. When they pull the tape of your back later, that's what hurts.
Wait til you feel real contractions those are the most painful I’d suggest getting an epidural.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Think we will be back in Oklahoma in a couple weeks so excited to go back home 😂😂🥴🤞🏼
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
