Freezer meals. Things you can freeze and reheat or have bagged ready to go in a Crock-Pot. Organized box carriers in the most used rooms so that you're never needing to track down supplies.
Not really anything we did. But we made sure that people knew we would invite them over when we are ready for company. My first week or 2 home from the hospital I think I only saw maybe 4 people. And if people do come. Don’t be afraid to ask them to pick up something you need or ask them for their help with something. If you want to be prepared. Make some meals ahead of time and freeze them. Less cooking so all you have to do is unthaw and warm up
