I was scared of that too just don’t to a lot of activity of course don’t push yourself if you can’t do anything try to relax as much as possible

Trust me you'll know.  Mine tore with my youngest because my oldest decided to go through my legs ( I totally wasn't thinking) and he came up and hit my vagina with his head.  It was so painful, he ripped the stitches.

I would just take it slower and easier for a week or two. I was in more pain bending down and over, I never noticed much just walking or standing.
