Since you’re pumping so soon be careful not to pump too much and risk getting mastitis. It’s painful. Hand express when you can and use warm compresses.
Warm shower and massage them. When you get out pump some more.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
