:: So we found out last night the Elijah is breech. In her words, “oh he’s breech! He’s very breech!” I see my OB on Tuesday and will let her know, but I just want to hear some experiences from other moms.
Anyone else find out their baby was breech around 31 weeks and the baby ended up flipping? (Please don’t suggest a chiropractor. We don’t do chiropractors.)
Thank you! ❤️
My now 10 month old was Breech up until a couple weeks or so before I had her, she flipped herself around and ended up being 8lb7oz so if she can do it yours can too! Lol she was a chunk! It don’t remember feeling it when it happened but she felt lower and not as much pressure in the rib area. Good luck you have time!
I’m optimistic that we have nothing to worry about! 😊 My first was 8lbs 14oz, I’m crossing my fingers this one is a tad smaller. 🤣
My son flipped on his own at 37 weeks. He was breech my whole pregnancy. Once he flipped I started dialating too.
I’m not worried right now. 😊 Just looking for others’ experiences.
My daughter was breeched my wholeeeeeeeee pregnancy I opted out of them externally flipping her so I decided I would just get a c section, heard to many stories about them doing it from the outside
I’ll see what my OB says, but considering this definitely won’t be my last pregnancy, I really don’t want to do a c-section. Especially with how active my toddler is. That’s just a much longer recovery time then I want to endure.
@mom2squared, yea I agree maybe bec I already did it and my recovery was pretty quick but on the other hand I didn’t have a almost 3 yr old like I do now lol... good luck with whatever you choose
That's still quite early to worry. My little guy flipped a few times in the weeks leading up to delivery. I know you don't do chiropractic care but there are some movements you can do on your own at home to encourage baby to move. Maybe you can try those. But again, you still have time for baby to move so don't be too worried.
I’m actually not worried at all yet. My first son was head down and in my pelvis by 31 weeks and stayed that way til birth. So this is just new to me and wasn’t sure what to expect and looking for experiences. 😊 I’m glad to know your son flipped a bunch! Im sure the same will happen with my son and all will be good. 😁
@mom2squared yoga helps too, certain muscles relax and work in different ways to help prep for birth. Youtube has a bunch of free maternity yoga vids
@addy, thanks! I’ll definitely check those out!
I was told my son was breech at my 30 weeks appointment. I just had an appointment yesterday and my midwife felt around my belly and said he’s head down.
Did you feel him flip? He’s so low too. His face is at my belly button and I’m constantly getting kicked in my cervix. I swear he must have recently flipped too because at my last appt with my OB (29 weeks) when she measured my fundal height she made a comment about his leg being right there and he kicked her. So I was shocked to find out he was breech.
@mom2squared, That was a tad unclear. Her hand was at the top of my uterus when she got kicked.
@mom2squared, my son has flipped twice I think he’s head down now, it doesn’t matter tho I decided to have another c section lol
IT HAPPENED LADIES! My MIL FINALLY unfriended and blocked me on Facebook! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Oh, happy freakin’ day!!!! Who knew a post about the dilemma of wanting to introduce religion to your baby, but your SO not wanting you to would set her off? 😂 She took everything way out of proportion and kept saying over and over “that’s my son’s son...” HELLO lady, he’s MY son too! I’m so sick and tired of her refusing to accept that my baby is my damn baby. I was the one that carried him for 10 months. I was the o...
Any mommies deal with a breech baby at 36 weeks? He’s actually head up & I realllly don’t want to get a c section. Any advice? 😓
Ladies please spam me with S baby girl names. We have a Savannah and a Summer (our rainbow baby) I’m lost on what to name this little since i only liked the name Savannah lol. I let her name her sister Summer. Every name my family gave we don’t like at all. Ugh my name is Mercedes everyone calls me Sadie so i was just thinking of naming her that cause i don’t like anything. Here are the few we thought were okay.
