I think I'm starting to get the breastfeeding aversions. I only bf her a few times a day. Usually wake up, maybe nap time, and bed time. But lately I don't want anything to do with it. She thinks I'm mad at her. Just because I don't want to breastfeed her.

I experienced this during night feeds and I couldn’t take it anymore. I ended up weaning her cold turkey. It’s been about 3 or 4 weeks now.

She is so mad at me. She ended up cuddling with her dad and giving me a look and went back to sleep after screaming. Shes really attached to breastfeeding. So I hope it isn't a huge deal when I stop.

it honestly might be for a couple days but it’s up to you. I cried the last time I breastfed her because I didn’t want to stop. It was just getting hard on me emotionally to continue and knowing I was due in 2 months put a timeline on it

If you don’t want to breastfeed anymore don’t. I had to stop cold turkey at 14 months for my mental health. I don’t believe you should sacrifice your happiness to continue to breastfeed.

Yeah I’ve been dealing with that. I just want to shove him off of me, but I can’t bring myself to force him to wean. 😩

Exact same here, it's tough. Especially middle of the night feedings, I cosleep with the toddler and he wakes up more then my newborn. 😧

@zme060311, He only wakes up like once or twice now at night except the past few nights because he’s getting his molars so I’m hoping we can have him in his own bed, right next to ours, by the time this baby is born. I might never sleep again if not. 😩

@bitchcraft oh..mine is getting molars too! So that explains him waking up several times. I have serious bags from lack of sleep with 2. Its tough. I sleep in a separate room with both of the littler ones and my boyfriend gets to sleep soundly which makes me want to throat punch him when I hear his ass snoring away. 😔
