I have these little ants for a few months now I keep having to spray. I feel like I should bleach my floors and the kitchen.... Maybe then they'll finally go away. No matter how much I clean and spray they are back with in minutes... 🙄

Don't use bleach girl, that's sweet to them and they will keep coming back.

We have that in the spring. Had the exterminator out twice because they'd come back after a few months. (I hate ants. With a passion.) Supposedly they don't like bay leaves. But until you find their home they'll keep coming back. Traps with ant poison (hidden so kids or animals don't go near) they'll bring back to the colony. It'll take a while but that could work. (You'd see and increase for a few days but don't kill them...they need to bring it back!)

They have bug powder or spray you can use. When I live in Palm beach we got some from the store and it worked great. We did bleach, strong smelling chemicals and nothing worked other than the bug stuff .

I'd go check out bug stuff mostly with ants . We had the problem before and couldn't figure out why they were here as we cleaned everyday and no-one had kids at the time. There was nothing there for them to eat or collect. After we got the bug stuff we noticed more at once then one day no more.

Definitely agree with ant traps! Just make sure kids or pets can’t get to them. If they’re carpenter ants they’re going to be hard to get rid of, they eat through wood and can damage your home. Make sure no tree branches are touching the house, and clean up any wood that’s sitting outside. Carpenter ants put off a strong smell when you kill them.
