So I am now 12 days postpartum and I have three questions!

1. When did you mommas start to work out lightly again?

2. When were you about to have intercourse again?

3. What kind of things can I do to my fiancé to spice it up in the room again? Clearly we can’t have sex yet but we haven’t done ANYTHING in like 2 months.

***Also, I only pushed for 13min, didn’t tear what so ever, just a few abrasions. I was able to wipe again after 4 days.

Don’t rush sex. You just had baby and your body needs at least 6 weeks to heal if not more. I’d get the all clear from my dr before even considering it. Same goes for working out. Just take this time to heal, relax, enjoy your newborn and you’ll be back to bumpin and grindin before you know it 😆

Usually 6 weeks is when you have your postpartum check up and they’ll be able to clear you if all looks well. Personally I wasn’t interested in anything sex related at all for a couple months and even then it was iffy lol

Tears or not, hurting or not, your cervix is still in massive recovery mode and risk of infection is high.

1) I waited til my Dr cleared me at 7 weeks, and still only started with very light exersizes.

2) I caved once at 3weeks, and refused to let my ex near that area again til ~3months

3) oral, hand jobs, talking dirty/teasing throughout the day
