For me I didnt see any improvement with the lactation cookies. Most of the products for sale in stores have nuts and I am allergic so I can only get the nut free cookies. There are not manu options.
They worked for me!! I tried all kinds. Even made my own galactagogue oatmeal cookies! Look up “galactagogues” on google & you will get a long list of foods & supplements that can help you produce more milk. 😊

I honestly think they do but some studies show that they don’t work
