It’s very hard cause it hard to track a ovulation I was irregular like 5 months ago

Pretty hard. My Dr has me on progesterone to help regulate my period and ovulation and still no luck. I've been taking it for 3 months

Took me 3yrs I tried all types of products to assist and I tried different partners and having sex at different times that didnt work but what did work was that my cycles had regulated on their own June 2018 I had my first natural period and then Nov 2018 I had an hsg and shg done and that's what got us pregnant because they opened my tubes and cleared them with dye and then the shg checked for anything like fibroids or polyps that could've been preventing implantation but both came back good and clear.

@leannarose2888 @blueroses_99 @dearis I also was taking progesterone oil on day 18-21-24 from April 2017-Aug 2017 after that I got regular natural cycles but they skipped like sep Oct then a reproductive endo gave me progesterone only pill I was suppose to take it for a few weeks but I only did 2wks so I skipped Nov cycle and then in dec we saw I was about to ovulate so I got a period in December and January then skipped Feb and got one in March then not again til June. I hope this helps yall.

you can get it from your reproductive endocrinologist or a Naprotechnology doctor

It can be hard if you don't track your ovulation ! But if you use opks, you'll be alright !

Without the use of opks, you wouldn't know when you ovulate if your cycle is irregular. So it's important.

I bought digital OPK’s because I have irregular cycles just to be certain. Got a positive today on CD 12 which I would have never guessed.
