Ok so I missed last months period, & This months so far.. when I wipe there is a tiny bit of BRIGHT pinkish blood on the tissue I mean tiny ? Normally I get more of a darker spotting before my period comes ... Is there any way I could of not missed last months period and conceiving this month? I'm so lost of why I'm bleeding I though implantation already happened ? I have no symptoms of my period coming either .

I have, All negative! But no period & I'm peeing and eating a lot I know somethings going on just not sure yet ima have to lie & say I'm in pain & go to the ER !
