I’m 1cm dilated told me going to use the balloon so I can go to 5cm fast 😭 ugh idk what to expect I’m just nervous 🙏🏼🙏🏼

When you have the balloon in, the end will stick out a good foot or so, they tape it to your legs. I was so nervous cause I thought I couldn’t move or anything, but it won’t come out until you’re dilated. So if it falls or pulls out easy, it means it worked! It didn’t work for me though, but it doesn’t hurt and it works for most! Good luck!! 🙌🏼

Omg thanks for that info ! I’m just frozen in place i thought I couldn’t move or it’ll fall off

@marlenehz94, Of course mamas! I thought the same thing! Until my nurse was like you can move.. it won’t come out until it’s ready. Then she tugged on it to prove to me and I was like ohhh 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ You got this mamas!
