I’ve heard vitex can delay ovulation. Just something to be mindful of if you do start them!

It was a toss up for me between conception and pink stork, I went with pink stork and for the first time in I can’t even remember I’m having regular periods so I can track when I’m ovulating oh and the reviews are better than conception(which is why I went with it)
