not usually. Couple more weeks and it lightens up. You can always use a warm damp wash cloth to wipe her skin. Very gently though and let air dry. That can help too.
Thank you so much that’s exactly what I’ve been doing just using a wet cloth and just wiping periodically... I hope it gets better soon it hurts my heart to see it 😩

Our daughter had baby acne too I just leave it alone and it goes away

It goes away on its own but you can gently rub breast milk on it to help clear it up some if you are breastfeeding.
