Is there anything that will help with after birth cramps? They are INTENSE and the 800mg Motrin my doctor prescribed doesn’t help at all 😩

Damn all they gave you was ibuprofen 😲 I got 800mg ibuprofen and hydrocodone. Maybe because I tore 🤔😑

I kept alternating Tylenol and motrin

I used a heating pad ..mine were so bad this time around ... They were so intense for like 3 days😖 hang in there mama
