Deuce has a fever 🤒 my other son had one two nights ago 😣 It's crazy because this just came out of nowhere. He was fine and running around then when I gave him his dinner he didn't want to eat & did he was sleepy 😴 Hopefully this doesn't require an E.R. trip 🏥

Usually when it comes on fast like that it’s the flu. I’d take him to the er when u get a chance flu is best treated when u catch it at the beginning.

Thank you me too! He was just getting over his cold and now this. I've heard that when that happens it's could be the flu and I'm truly praying it's not.

Uhhhh no you don’t need to go to the er for a fever alone. That is for emergency situations not a childhood fever. If the fever is the only symptom, treat it with a fever reducer. If it seems to bring on more symptoms, call your child’s pediatrician in the morning.

ohhhhh gotcha 👌 well yea I thoroughly dislike the E. R. So it would be only be an emergency if I did go. But he has a routine checkup Friday. I'm just hoping it's nothing serious because like I said he was totally fine most of the day but with kids and flu season anything is possible 😩
