Tomorrow morning marks the last dose my 5 year old son will take of seizure meds after being on them for two years. I am happy the neurologist is taking him off them after his test coming back clear. And also because of the damage keppra can do to his body. However at the same time, I am so nervous about him having another seizure. I keep trying to tell myself his test/scan came back clear... he will be okay. But for any parent whom has had to go thru epilepsy with their child, I'm sure can understand my fear. I never ever ever want to see him go thru another seizure. They are so scary. I hope all goes smoothly like the doctor thinks and I'm just over worrying.

My sons on seizure meds (he had a brain injury at birth) so that’s amazing your son is coming off them!! Did his EEK and MRI come back clear? So exciting!

His EEK came back clear. The tested him with all the triggers and watched his brain waves during testing. And it came. Back clear.

I hope my daughter (and any future kids) don't have to go through it like I do. I was sooo worried I was going to pass them on. The chances are low of her having them but still a worry they will show up.

My niece just got put on keppra for coronavirus. I'm a epileptic and I'm supposed to be on keppra but I chose cbd oils instead they are more effective and dont harm the body

Yes if God for bid they do return, we are going to ask his neurologist to go the natural root with the CBD.
