Great point! @courtneeb.cb, easy to get so stressed etc but have to remember to enjoy these times bc they grow so fast and play and laugh. I like that!
Having a routine has definitely helped me. My oldest is almost 12 and I have 3 more after him. I've been blessed to be able to stay at home with all of my kids. Definitely go to the grocery store as much as possible on your own and blast ratchet music with bad language and dance your ass off lol (who cares if people look. I'm a mom out with no kids!) , save some of the good snacks for yourself when the kids go to bed, and try to keep your kids on a schedule. Life will go much smoother. Decorate your home in a way that makes you want to be there. Just little things I've done over the years lol. Don't stress over having a super clean house, toys will be in random places & that's ok because one day your house will be empty and spotless 😥 enjoy it! Being a stay at home mom is amazing.
I’m trying to adapt to your “ stay at home mom is amazing “ mentally one day at a time! Girl you hit the nail on the head with the car rides alone even if it’s just to go to the store. I went to target so much in one week they prob thought I was shoplifting haha bc I did not always look presentable but hey, I was out! So who cares . Was a blessing
I’m a Stay at home mom, take it one day at a time enjoy your moments together even the tough moments take time for yourself and go out run errands get fresh air that helps me alot also LAUGH and enjoy life with your baby
I take care of my son day in and day out girl, it’s not easy, but nothing ever is. But you will need help when you think you’re going crazy, when baby is sleeping take a shower do a face mask, relax!
See what your school district offers for mom and child classes. Also, check out library storytimes. Having things like that in your weekly schedule can break up the week so it doesn’t get so lonely for you and so your child can get some stimulation.
