Ladies, what are your thoughts about flying with the baby? My parents want me bring the little one to Texas where they live.
@momof2gs, @bodybycheetos, @momofemersonbliss, @kaylakayyxoo, @momof2prince, thank you for the input all. I’m just nervous about it. I personally don’t like to fly myself so with a baby seems like a big deal to me 😔
I flew with my son at 2 weeks and it was fine, he slept pretty much the whole time
I flew internationally when my daughter was 2
Months old , literally two days after she got
Her first set of shots . She slept the whole
Flight both ways . Just make sure they’re either eating or sucking on a pacifier when you take off and land , it helps keep their ears from popping
My youngest flew with at 3.5m and he pretty much slept the whole time after take off. I personally think it's easier when they're younger.
My dd flew for the first time when she was 3 months old. We went from Vegas to Florida & back. I was nervous but it was pretty darn easy, a bottle at take off & landing helps w the pressure in their ears. At 6 months old we flew w her from Vegas to Italy & I was even more nervous for it bc it’s a much longer flight but she was awesome. I think the younger they are, the easier it is. When they’re toddlers than you have to keep em entertained & they want to get down & walk around & it’s just a cluster.
Me and my sister flown with my niece when she was 3months. She made sure to feed while taking off and landing so the babies ears will pop naturally while sucking. Also pack strategically. My niece did really well. Now she is one and already been on 7 flights. (More then me in one year) 😩
