Everyone is different. What works for one momma may not work for the next. You’d just have to try them to see if they work for you. I bought mine at Walmart, they did not work for me. Smelling/sucking a lemon 🍋 worked for me and saltine crackers. But, not all the time, sometimes I just had to go through the motions of morning sickness. 😷 Good luck momma!
