So im 11 weeks pregnant and cant control my bladder!!!😒wtf is going on down dare?

I am almost 18 weeks and if I sneeze or cough I pee a little, lol. I've just started wearing toilet paper all the time so I don't have to keep changing my underwear 20 times a day 😂
