At 37 weeks yes its possible your body is getting ready to go into labor... around that time your body practice alot.. that was my first sign.. I would call my OB just in case. Drink water and lay down to your side and take deep breaths to ease it.. at 37 weeks I would count how close the cramp pains are from each other.
