What do YOU judge Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?

^ I had baby blues and those feelings pass with time.
Depression is long lasting and takes more of an effort to get through.
It’s important to talk to your doctor regardless to determine what you should do.
Either way, remember that you are not alone and it’s totally normal to feel anger, sad and overwhelmed.
After all you’re life has completely changed to accommodate a new person.
The responsibility we feel as mothers is enough to drive anyone bonkers.
Also remember it’s okay to ask for help, it’s okay to step away for a moment. Babies have needs but nothing so important we can’t find someone else to help with it.
♥️ stay strong momma.
