It’s been so hard for me to poop since I had my princess I was already not going normally with going 1 every 2 weeks and always being constipated but since I had my daughter 4 weeks ago it’s been super hard and painful . I’ve taken the stool softeners they gave me and they’re barely working . I had to literally force myself to go this morning cause my stomach was hurting soooooo bad talk about pain . Is there anything I can do to make it easier ??

Try taking miralax every day. It will pull water into your colon and help you. That’s what my daughters GI gave her.

Just take it once a day until you’re regular then take it once every two days.

Nope. me and her don’t talk. She ended our friendship because I was friends with someone she didn’t like. Told me it was unhealthy for her to be friends with me. 🤷🏼♀️

Yea I am breastfeeding also but the colace worked for me .! I would recommend the dried prune and make sure you are getting enough fiber and drinking water

Miralax saved me!! It was the only thing that got me to go and it’s not a laxative so it won’t give you cramps and everything else. My entire life I’ve had to deal with that just like you’re describing and after the thousand things I tried, miralax was all that worked.
