I have a sore tender little spot like 1 inch above my belly button that kinda hurts when I touch it and it still hurts when I'm not touching it. Does anyone know what it could be?🤔

I had this with my last one and it was the way he was positioned and it was my muscle that he was hurting.

I don't think it could be that. It comes and goes every so often and I don't really have to be doing anything for it to come
