As a side note on my last co-sleeping post
There's not room next to the bed for the bassinet, and it's too tall for an attachment
I am unable to bend over for an attachment due to my c-section. I also can't get in an out of bed everytime he fusses I can barely stand up it takes me a few minutes, and if he's not picked up his fussing turns into wailing
I co sleep with my little one in my bed for the first 4 month. Still do now but slowly getting her used to her crib.
Make sure u don’t get her used to it lmao my daughter will be 3 in April ... still in my bed lmao
Your making me want to get my bassinet out tomorrow and make sure it’s all good 😫😫 I have 13 more days but who knows could be sooner
I came 3 weeks early I got checked on Monday and was 1cm and all of a sudden on the Wednesday night my waterbroke
@tailsofmomme, xD yea water broke at 10pm, i hadn't had cramps and all of a sudden they were almost unbearable so didn't wait for the time between contractions. Just packed my bag and headed straight to the hospital. I got checked there and Turned out I was 3cm dilated. They did a quick ultrasound, wanting to see if it was really the head they were feeling. His foot had broken my water. I went into surgery and he was born at 12:28am.
TBH .. it's not safe .. but I slept with my kids in bed with me. I used a nursing pillow to nurse them and when they got bigger .. just side nursed (currently do it now).
If I didn't do as such .. I would never have slept with my daughter bc she fed soooo much at night. To keep my sanity and get some sleep, I made this choice.
