So I’ve started working and I’ve noticed my milk supply dropping. I use to pump around 10-12 ounces each breast in one sitting and now I get 6-8 each breast in one sitting. Any tips on bringing it up again? Thanks in advance!
I started pumping really early on because my son was actually born in the emergency room of the closest hospital (I didn’t think I was in labor since I was only 29 weeks) so he had to be transferred immediately after delivery so they had me start pumping while I was waiting to be transferred. The first 2 months I was on a strict diet to help produce more milk and I stopped after 2 months I let myself eat more food and now I started the diet again to see if it would help but it hasn’t helped me yet the first month was hard but then it got pretty easy
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Whoa 10-12oz!? Teach me your ways!
