Well you should, mine weren’t that big. I had to small one on my left side. They went away. Depending how big they are you should get it checked out

Cysts hurt. They hurt when you get up and walk. They hurt when you are driving and hit a bump in the road. 9 times out of 10 they go away on their own. If you've had one that has consistently hurt you for weeks on end, with fever, then do it.
