Feeling slightly dissapointed, went for my 20 week scan today - baby was moving way too much for a clear picture and so unable to do a gender reveal. Have to go back in 2 weeks time. Anyone else had this? At least I can safely say baby is happy and healthy. My baby Bean seems to be a cheeky character already just like their Daddy! 😂
I also want to know when people get their Maternity certificate to give to work, is it something the midwife gives me? As I have only had 1 initial appointment with my midwife at the very beginning! Again, is this normal? Any help please...

My first daughter wasn’t showing off at all at my 20 weeks scan. I was devastated as I really wanted to know. Started crying and the sonographer panicked and said she was only 75% sure it was a girl. My husband booked me a gender scan because I was so distraught 😂
My little spud was stubborn and I had to go back to finish his growth scan. Some babies are just cheeky and stubborn from the womb.. my son still has these traits 😂
Your midwife should give you the certificate. I think I got mine around the time you are now. I would say normal you tend to have more appointments in general if you are high risk and I’ve heard different midwives do things different 🤷🏽♀️ x
We had to have an emergency csection...my baby was born at 26 weeks at 1lb 12.9ounces...please keep our baby girl Charli in ur prayers!!
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Am I wrong for telling my Bd that because we not Married my baby don't have to have his last name? He really got mad and told me I was project n ignorant. Crazy part is I was thinking about giving my baby his middle and last name
UPDATE: Hey lovely ladies! Figured I would stop by to give y'all a quick update! I am 12 weeks pregnant today! We had a scan at 8 weeks and everything was perfect. I have also been able to hear my sweeties heartbeat since 8w5d! My next ultrasound is next Thursday at 13 weeks! We are also very excited to be announcing our pregnancy to everyone on Fathers day! & my oh my how those gorgeous babies of yours have grown!! Enjoy it ladies they grow so fast❤
Mine was the same with this baby,ive got to go back on the 15th to make sure his heart is okay as he put his chin on his chest and cheeky , i dont see the midwife now till 28 weeks and i get my mat b 1 then
