Personally, if me and my husband split I wouldn’t take him. Not for that belief but simply because I know I never have to worry about him not taking care of his kids. He will probably help more than anything court ordered anyhow. A father should wanna help his kids.. but instead of taking his money, I will literally tell em what I need. Diapers, clothes, money for school supplies or just buy the supplies himself. If he wants to buy the items needed then that’s cool with me. If he wanted to hand me physical money, that’s his choice too. He’s always said if we split he wouldn’t let me struggle, so if I need help with bills or buying food or anything like that he would help in an instant cause he knows our kids suffer too. But I don’t feel it’s fair for women to get child support and spending it on stupid shit or their new boyfriend like I’ve seen some do. But not all women do dirty shit.. some really do collect it and use it on their kids only or save it tohelp pay for schooling later in their life. I feel like this subject in general is a very sensitive subject and everyone has a different situation and feeling on it so it’s bound to just make a lot of drama lol.

If she’s not even dealing with child support nor has any children, she probably shouldn’t be making comments. I’m sure it was just for the attention on her status. She knows it will make a lot of people state opinions and then argue which is entertainment lol. I just scroll on past those type of statuses !

If my childs father chose not to be in my kids life why would I make him pay ? He's not even seeing them. It's pointless. Now if he wanted to see the kids and be a part of their life but won't pay I'll have no choice but to put him on child support . But I'll never make him pay if he's not even in my kids life . I'll do it all by myself and get help if I need it . Not from him tho . Why force someone to pay for something he wants nothing to do with? If he wants to be out our kids lives then I'm breaking all ties and I'll get full custody .

I'm sorry this is going to sound mean but just wait until one day she finds a man who she thinks is "perfect" then have a kid and after that kid is born realize her perfect man is a piece of shit and then she's left to care for a baby alone. Then tell me what she thinks of child support...

My thoughts are that she shouldn't speak on something she knows nothing about. 🙃

I can see both ways like I know some girls that got pregnant by guys we all know dont want to be a dad and they could of chose better and child support for them could ruin their life but it also takes 2 people to have a kid so 2 people to raise a kid if the dad is in the child life and helps pay for clothes and stuff for the child I believe there's no point for them pay child support on top of that but if they dont help support their child at all then they should pay child support the moms need help supporting their child

If a man laid with you and made that baby he WILL take responsibility know we can do it the cordial way or the govt will be stepping in 🤷🏻‍♀️ idc
