I know I'm only 9 weeks. but we have a lot to do for the babies room. right now it's just a catchall room. and I'm just annoyed my bf doesn't seem to care and thinks we have plenty of time. I don't want to be rushing. I want it to be ready and not killing myself getting it done. I know it's too early to be buying crib and what not. but I want the room at least cleared out and the work that needs to happen to the room to be done! or at least in progress!

Locking your doors

We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?

DF was cooking and while he was cooking I unloaded the dish washer and hand washed the pot he had used and put dishes in the dish washer, so by the time he got his plate, dishes were done and left overs were in Tupperware on the counter just in case anyone wanted seconds and counters were wiped down. Basement flooded

Wtf guys we had a really hot day yesterday so we had a little pool for the kids set up out front. Well my husband left for work this am and our basement is all flooded out. The kids play room in the basement that just got done about a year ago is ruined!! Carpets soaked and drywall a mess. Looks like we are going to have to redo the whole room.
