That is strange. I was actually told to eat breakfast. Nurse told me they don’t like pregnant women to go without food especially during the 3 hr it can cause nausea. If you throw up you have to redo the test.

I failed my one hour. Had a healthy breakfast that day eggs and milk and I still failed. Passed my 3 hour though.
Yes ma’am I actually eat really good! I probably eat under 20grams of sugar a day and have a healthy diet overall. I’m shocked I failed honestly 😨

Even those with healthy diets can fail. It’s all about how your body processes it which we can’t control. Have your last meal be low carb/low sugar. Maybe that will help. It’s common to fail 1hr and pass the 3hr. Try not to worry much!

Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what everyone else thinks or what a doctor tells you trust your body you know your body better than a blood test and a pee test and god will lead you to the right path

Yea that’s crazy! Min is super strict no food or even water! I guess they are really trying to see what my sugar levels are doing?? I’m not sure. None of my sisters were aloud to eat either but I see people online saying they ate. I guess every doctor is different?
