I found the perfect baby name for a boy. I absolutely love it but my husband is not on board...yet.…

Mine didn’t like the name Lakelyn but he said the more he said it it sounded very pretty and unique

Waited till I was in labor and told him I wanted to change what we picked to something else.

When I was pregnant with my third son I fell in love with the name Bennett. I just KNEW it was supposed to be his name. My husband was not on board with it at all. I just kept bringing it up and I wouldn’t stop saying it. My son is now 2.5 and named Bennett and my husband loves his name. We get the most compliments on his name out of all 4 of our boys. So so so happy I didn’t stop bothering him to use it.

I'm bossy lol. So I made it clear to hubby that I truly hoped we could agree on a name that we both loved. But if it came down to it, and I found a name that I absolutely loved and he didn't care for, I had final say on what our baby's name would be, because I'm the one who fought so hard to become pregnant in the first place (we tried 7 years to conceive and suffered 2 miscarriages). And I am also the one that had to go through labor.

But since we tried so long to conceive our daughter we had years and years to agree on names and even though he wasn't a huge fan of the girl's name I loved. He grew to love it after he got used to it.

Mine just wouldn't give me a answer so I picked. Lol. I kept using it and writing it down everywhere.

I’m in the same boat as you pretty much. We agree on one name so far. 🙈 with our girls I picked their names and luckily he didn’t argue with me on them except for my daughter Gianna he didn’t like it at first but he changed his mind 😂
