No, because not every month has 31 days. How can it start on the same day every month? Genuine question. Jan has 31 days, Feb has 28... yet you get it on the same calendar day every month?

That makes sense. So I only remember as far back as November that I have been getting my period on the 6th or 7th and the same for December. Before that I can't remember if my period was regulated or not.

No. Not necessarily. Mine starts the first week of every month around the same day and mine range from 28-32 days long.
