OK. Go to the grocery store and buy a cabbage, place the cabbage in the freezer and when it gets good and cold pull two heads off the cabbage and place them inside your bra. Once the cabbage has welted, do it again. IT WORKS MIRACLES. In the meantime take a hot shower and let the water run on your boobs and it might be painful but hand express your milk out.
