Help!!

What are some things I can give my preemie for gas?! Since he’s so little (4.8lbs) I’m so scared to try anything.

Bicycle his legs and give tummy rubs. Even gas drops say not to use that early. (Go by adjusted age always for preemies)

Tummy calm is what I gave my son and it worked great but maybe call your doctor and ask cuz I don’t know much about premiers
