My son is gonna be 3 in March. We just started potty training and I give him a treat every time he does so it’s incentive
Definitely encourage it! I gave mine little dumdum suckers when they went to the potty and that seemed to work for us!!!
Absolutely encouraged it!! There really isn't an average age for potty training. You can tell everyone else to go stick it. It depends on the child she showing interest so that's a good sign. She might just play with the potty at first but eventually she'll get there. I have friends that have three and four-year-olds that still aren't potty trained and the parents are okay with that because they feel like the child should decide when they're ready. Forcing them can actually discourage them so letting your daughter do what she's doing till she is ready I think you're doing the right thing

I would encourage her. Maybe let her go naked and just ask her quiet often if she has to go potty and take her in there to try to potty.
Do you know the average age the potty train. Everyone tells me she should already be but I don't want to push her and make it a negative issue
@amber0814, I’ve heard you really should start to “worry” until after they hit 3, but every baby is different 😌 I was the same with my daughter, I never pushed and she literally just started going one day on her own. I just kept her naked basically the whole time so she wouldn’t be tempted to go in her diaper or pull-up since she knew she could go pee there since it’s all they ever know lol
Ok mommies my daughter is 1 1/2 and has been taking her diaper off every time she goes potty in it and when she can't get it off like if she has a full onesie sleeper on she pulls on it through the clothes think it's time to try potty training ?
trying to potty train my daughter is So hard.. every time i put her on the potty she sits there but won't go.. then after we get out the bathroom she goes on her clothes 😢😢😢 so frustrating 😟😟😟

Juliet is officially potty trained she goes pee pee and poo poo in the potty success before 2 years of age! My daughter was not actually sitting in this car seat while I was trying to load up my other children she got into this car seat trying to make her older sister mad I thought it was a cute picture so I took it some people got sensitive about this picture.
