Any tips on getting my supply up do I can nurse and pump. I’ve been drinking mothers milk tea and it’s not working as well as it did in the past for me. I haven’t had fenugreek yet cause I haven’t been out. Any suggestions would help. This is my first time pumping and nursing and I need help 😩

Drink lots of water! I was having trouble too and every time I drank or ate something I made sure to drink a bottle of water as well and that has helped me out also I was taking fenugreek but it really started upsetting my sons tummy and gave him a lot of booger’s I wouldn’t recommend taking it. But everyone is different

Lots of water. Lactation supplements (not all taste good), fenugreek (didn't work for me), they say some foods help. I breastfed my daughter (third born) for 32 months. My supply was and always has been low ever since having my son (2nd born). He was a preemie (34 weeks) and I dried up at 2 months. Nothing worked for me to get it back up. Ever since that, I never got my supply the same like with my daughter (1st born). My first born though, I was so full I could feed her on both breast, pump 8oz from both breast, then fed her right after again on both breast.

More nursing is the best way to get your supply up. Pump between feedings or pump the opposite side while feeding. It takes time.

I do plan to pump at work I don’t know how I can mix the fresh with the frozen because she’s only getting milk in a bottle when I’m at work

that's how I was with my third. I could feed her on the breast fine, but when I would pump I only got 1oz from both breast. I couldn't pump for my life, but nursing her, she got enough and I could feel it coming out.

yes I mean mix it for her bottles while you’re at work. So start building up a freezer supply now and then once you start back at work you pump at work then mix a few ounces of frozen into the fresh for the next day’s bottles.
