When you moved your little ones into thier own rooms or a proper bed (we've done it both at the same time) how long till they settle and what should I do... any advice is welcome hahaha. Im worries about her because it's the first night by herself on a big bed

It took a little bit of getting used to for her. She usually goes to sleep around half 6 but it took to about 8 and I've just had to wake her up to bath her coz she was soaking :) yey
My little boy was already in his own room from 5 months so can't help with that one but he was absolutely fine in his big bed.. We didn't have a rail but put blankets on the floor incase he fell out and the first night he slept straight through.. The second night he fell out but got back up and into bed himself without a whimper. Hopefully your transition goes just as smoothly lol x
@tori..petty if she's comfortable being in there to play she might be okay, it might just be the being away from mummy that upsets her but if she gets upset about being separated try giving her a T-shirt or something with your scent on xx
@kerryy23 brilliant idea:) might swap pillows because we have very close bedding hahaaa
@tori..petty yeah, at least that way if she stirs in the night she might smell you and go straight back off thinking you're still next to her xx

My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care. He can mess with me all day but when I want to join and play around he gives me an attitude. He just makes me feel like s*** at times. He's a great fiancé don't get me wro...
I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
some of the stuff I see on here, like rooms, beds, houses, etc is disgusting! you claim you're a sahm and your husband works hard, then help him out and let him come home to a clean house, bed, sheets, etc🤷🏻♀️

My world stopped
I was changing the laundry over and my husband went to use the restroom. Our 20 month was in the room with our 10 year old and climbed up on the bed and fell, face first, landing on her head. Our bed is three feet off the ground and our son said she was standing up, so roughly a five foot fall. I ran into the room and she was unresponsive. She didn't take her first breath for 45 seconds. We changed to a toddler bed recently and we’ve put my old maternity pillow down on the floor so she won’t hurt herself if she falls out (she has a few times!) make a BIG deal of how she’s such a big girl! For days after we changed her bed she would say “big girl bed” allll the time and loads of praise when she’s in bed. We have also started reading a story in bed before lights out so she gets so excited to choose a story and actually wants to go to bed now😍 how did you get on? Xx
