For the past three nights my little guy had been up fussy from 12 am to anywhere around 3am - 5am. We have him gas drops and it seems to help. Not sure what I can do to help it not happen. I’m sure he’s gassy bc he will make gas noises and he’s fine one minute and screaming the next.

you could try switching his formula to alimentum or nutramigen

Try laying him down on an incline. That will help with the gas pains. My 5m old has had reflux issues as well as my 2yr old when he was an infant and they both needed to sleep on an incline. My 5m old actually sleeps with his top half on a pillow in his pack and play (not the safest I know but I keep and eye on him as much as possible). There are bassinets you can buy that have an inclined sling in them for infants, my 2yr had one like that and he slept in it till he was about 7m old.

My pediatrician recommended the incline but also to keep massaging his belly kinda works some gasses out from being stuck. When I do it my son starts farting 😂😂 sometimes burps more

Also I’m thinking abt trying Enfamil AR to help too
