My mucous plug came out 6 days ago and I was having contractions, I call the on call doctor and they tell me basically not to come in unless contractions are closer bla bla bla. So I went to my ob checkup 2 days ago and I was 1 cm dilated and he felt her head. Yesterday I woke up with fluid on my underwear with a tiny bit of discharge. I went back to bed after a nice bath I woke up at aroun 8 and was having cramps and light bleeding it was dark at first then later throughout the day it was more light pink. I decided to call my ob because I was bleeding and cramping all day long. They tell me to go to labor and delivery so I did so. I go there they check my blood pressure and set that thing up to see if I’m having contractions. My blood pressure was higher than usual and I was contracting every 5-8 minutes. They then check to see if my water broke, test results came back and it was normal it wasn’t my amniotic fluid. At this point I was contracting once every 15 minutes. Next they check my cervix to see if I was dilated More. It took two nurses just to see if I was dilated and they were cracking jokes the whole time being unprofessional. They were up there for awhile and then finally the second nurse found it. After they checked me My contractions were getting closer together again. I was dilated 1 and a half centimeters. I did progress a little bit but they decided to just send me home because I could be at 1 and a half cm for awhile. I was having contractions around 2am, I went to bed. Then I woke up with sharp contractions this morning. I just want this baby out😭 I’ve been doing everything to get her out and she just won’t come. Her head is like right there and I’m contracting so idk why she just won’t come faster. I’m 38 weeks and like 3 days.
