My son asks for cereal before bed almost every night 🧐 is this an okay habit ? I want opinions

I don't see any harm in a before bed snack but making sure to brush his teeth after the cereal (obvi) he should be fine!

Well my husband eats cereal every night before bed 🤷🏼‍♀️

My son does too and I’ll join in sometimes lol

I say just make sure you’re brushing his teeth before he actually sleeps 👍🏼

Thats not bad at all. Hes geting some vitamins before bed:) cereals not bad.
