I know I can't control it but I hate being cursed by the slowest baby ever I would be extremely surprised if he could even stand on his own by 12 months. Walking definitely wont be until 15 months or so :/
I've been watching you constsntly post some pretty negative things about your child. Have you spoken with your doctor about possible post partum depression? I really hope you are in therapy or consider therapy. I'm saying this out of care for your child. He's going to grow to notice this and feel that his mom resents him. Please go seek help.
You previously posted that your baby doesn't sleep good, and that u take him out of the house and he just screams and that he is sensitive to noise, he is fucking stressed out because u r stressed out which is stressing him out. He feels all your fucked up ness. He aches so he doesn't sleep and get bothered easily. He smacks his head and balls up his fist because he doesn't know how to react to your stress and anxiety. Get help for yourself so your sweet innocent son can live a normal life and not feel your pain or resentment from him being alive because that's how he feels. He is a pure sweet beautiful innocent soul who didn't ask to be brought into this world so get help so u can love that boy to the fullest extent.
So by your own standards my 12 mo is slow and I’m cursed because she doesn’t walk yet 🤔 doesn’t that sound ridiculous to you?? Please get help.
It’s really easy to focus on what your baby is not doing and comparing but try and look at all that positives and all the things he CAN do. All babies develop differently . Unless there is a concern from his dr I am sure he is just fine
@laniejay everyone says it's normal but every other baby I see is like already walking so I don't know how it can be normal. And it's cursed and slow because hes on the later end of the spectrum
It's not late and no, it's not cursed. So if everyone says it, why aren't they all believable?? Theres a range in childhood development not a set date. You have unrealistic expectations and when he doesnt meet them you have an incredibly poor attitude. Again.. YOU NEED TO SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP.
My daughter didn't walk till about 3 weeks ago and she's almost 15 months. He's not ready so leave him be if that's truly how you feel there's still adoption.
We’ve all asked you to seek help for so long now. Why won’t you just get help so you can be the best mom you can be?
@mariapb Ive never asked him to be a performer and I've never had unrealistic expectations yes all babies develop differently I understand that some babies stand at 8 months so there's nothing bad about wanting a baby to stand at 12. I've never had unrealistic expectations. I'm not expecting him to be running around
Listen ALL babies develop at different rates. Be patient let him grow.
@crharmer I'm not in denial at all and I feel bad for him too there's so many other people out there who could love him
@kassandra_94 I don't deserve to have a child in my opinion either
You really need to speak with a doctor and therapist ASAP. If dad is fighting you for custody, it may be a good idea to let him have him temporarily until you can seek help.
The way you talk about him hurts my heart. He’s just a baby stop bullying your own child.
This is just sad. You need to seek help. You're still in denial that you need it. He's not slow at all and is doing just what a regular 11 month old baby should be doing. My first son didn't walk until he was probably 15-16 months old. My second didn't walk until around the same. Every baby develops at their own pace and I feel so bad for your son to have a mother who harbors such resentment against him.
Yikes 😬
My daughter didn’t start crawling until after she was 11 months and she’s just now pulling herself up to stand at 12 months, she’s perfectly fine.
You seriously need to give your son a break. He’s a baby not a performing puppet! I was hoping because I hadn’t seen your posts for a while that you’d settled in to motherhood a bit more but looking back at your recent posts you’re still constantly looking for something to be wrong with him! He’s 11months old and doing exactly what he needs to be doing!

People have been urging her to speak to a doctor about PPD since this baby was 4 months old. It saddens me because he is a beautiful little boy and deserves a healthy mother.
Cursed?? Slow?? It's perfectly normal not to walk until 15 months. How is it cursed that your baby is growing and developing appropriately?
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Can I give 4 month old baby 2 ounces juice???
I am 17 week a week from 5 months , is anyone carrying little ? I don't look 5 months 🙀
OT. rant! forward facing early
ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.
