There’s a drink called plexus it’s like a shake in the morning and it’s supposed to be pretty good!

Thanks. I bought a bunch of fruit and 100% orange juice and some Greek yogurt and frozen berries. Hopefully making a smoothie in the morning will help. I'll try it for a few days and if not I'll look into that

@chadandtanya14, oats are supposed to give energy too! Maybe try blending some oats into it!! Idk won’t hurt to try once lol. You make me want a smoothie now haha

The best fruit for energy are apples, grapes and bananas. I always try to throw that in my smoothies along with frozen fruit

Mix turmeric, ginger, coconut water and lemon juice into a blender and drink a small cup in the morning and one in the afternoon, it’s a super all natural energy booster

I was reading turmeric during pregnancy may not be safe as it can cause contractions and or birth defects
