Is your Husband/SO taking paternity leave if its offered?

My husband got 6 paid weeks off for paternity leave. Took 3 when baby was born and 3 later in the year since he had 12 months to use the 6 weeks

My SO got 3 months off, paid

Mine took 2 weeks 🤷‍♀️ used his banked sick days though not leave

Mine took a month off.

My husband took 6 weeks. All were somewhat paid either through work or paid family leave through the state. It was great to have him and let him learn right along with me. I was fully prepared and he was less worried when he went back to work

SO doesn't want to take time off. I guess cuz of money? I'll be fine and he's a great provider but idk.

Mine didn't get paid paternity leave but his boss gave him off the days I was in the hospital and 100 bucks out of his own pocket as our baby gift. He has the best job ever lol

My husband doesn't get an actual 'paternity leave' but he will be taking his week paid vacation after I have baby.
