Boyfriend gets upset every morning because my kids wake up at 6am

So my boyfriend gets upset every morning because my kids wake up around 6am. He gets so upset that he has to be up early, 7am just to be at work. My kids ages range from 1-5, my one year old has nightmares sometimes. Calls me at 3 am, and he is a very light sleeper so he wakes up every time. I don’t think we going to last this year, even though the year just started, and no matter how much I pray, don’t think it’s going to last. I can just imagine how he would be with his own damn children.
