Anybody had serious pins and needles towards the end of their pregnancy? I've tried everything but I have pins and needles all day and all night and it hurts to put pressure on my hands! Any advice? 😔 X

Any idea what helps carpal tunnel? I've tried wrist splints but I still have it and paracetamol isn't helping with the pain 🙈 x

i dont think anything does help, you can just get it in pregnancy sometimes it goes after but if it doesn't then you have to have surgery its only minor surgery like a day case thing but yeah it should go after pregnancy x
