Whenever my son gets sick(he has breathing problems) it’s really really bad. I’ve had to miss a week at a time of work because of him being SO sick 😔 which is fine but my boss has been okay with that and this last time she told me to take the week off. The first time I kept going day by day and by Wednesday I gave up and said “I can’t make it the rest of the week I’m not getting any better” HOWEVER we have student teachers that come help us and if THEY don’t do something it automatically on me even though I’m busy with other kids 🙃 I did forget to do one thing of mine which I don’t put in the students but the rest is their own fault and my boss blames me every.single.time. I’m so over it and I want to quit

Maybe keep up with lesson plans for just in case? Are you a teacher?

I don’t have access to that stuff. I keep up with everything else I’ve changed the way I do EVERYTHING just to do things right and I’m still wrong. I’m a day care teacher and we have student helpers to help with afternoon clean up. Dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and trash. If the trash gets forgotten I get her wrath from hell even though I asked the student to do it and she still didn’t and I didn’t know until my boss told me an hour ago(I left at 530). I did leave the bikes out on accident but I NEVER do that and her words were “you left the bikes out...AGAIN” like what do you mean again? They never get left out.
