A women’s body goes through so many changes. I went from being a 180 pound athlete (228 before getting pregnant) to delivering a 8lb baby at 300lbs and another 8lb baby at 287lbs. I am now down to 232lbs. It is not any easy journey. I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I have gallstones and have been pushing off having my gallbladder taken out because of work, school, and my kids. I have IBS on top of the gallbladder issues. Life is definitely an adventure and is not easy. No one really sees what hiding behind those smiles, those clothes, etc. If you look, you see a mom who is trying to make her self better for herself and her family. Always keep your head up and keep trying!!!❤️❤️
